Our terms of use

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Digital Crew Ltd (trading as TechDay) and any user ("Client") engaging with our services. By using TechDay's content services, visiting our websites, or interacting with our employees in any format, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
For website visitors
TechDay collects personal information like your name, email, and contact details when you engage with our services, such as signing up for newsletters or events.
Non-personal data, like your IP address and browsing activity, may also be collected through cookies to improve our website and services.
TechDay may share anonymised visitor data with clients for campaign performance monitoring and the marketing of our services. No personally identifiable information will be shared without explicit consent.
This policy applies only to TechDay's platforms and excludes third-party sites or services.
For those submitting announcements
TechDay retains ownership of all unpaid / earned content.
Corrections will be limited to important factual errors or mistakes made by our team.
For paying clients
Content services
TechDay provides content creation and distribution services tailored to client needs. Details of the specific deliverables will be outlined in individual quotations.
Ownership of content deliverables will be transferred to the Client upon full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. TechDay retains ownership of any proprietary templates, tools, or methodologies used in content creation.
Clients will have the opportunity to review and approve content drafts within specified timelines, typically five business days. Failure to provide feedback within this timeframe will be deemed as approval.
Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions unless stated otherwise. Additional revisions will incur fees, which will be communicated before commencement.
TechDay commits to delivering content within agreed-upon timelines, subject to the client's prompt provision of required materials and approvals. Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and will not be TechDay's responsibility.
Fees, Payments, and cancellation
TechDay offers project-based and retainer-based pricing models. Specific payment terms will be outlined in the quotation.
Quoted rates are valid for 30 days from the proposal date and are subject to variation thereafter.
All prices exclude Sales tax, levies, VAT & GST unless otherwise stated.
Services can be cancelled up until 30 calendar days before the services start. After this date, clients will be liable for full payment.
We reserve the right to re-invoice completed service at the most appropriate rate card rate when the client does not fulfil the committed booking within the contract period.
Late payments will incur a 5% penalty per month. Persistent non-payment may result in suspension of services and collection measures.
TechDay reserves the right to publish a notice of unpaid debts in its publications for any overdue invoices. TechDay will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by the client relating to the publishing of this notice/s.
All costs incurred by TechDay in securing payment of overdue invoices will be borne by the debtor. This includes but is not limited to any debt collecting agency fees, legal expenses and / or court costs incurred.
Liability and Warranties
TechDay does not guarantee specific outcomes or metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement) unless explicitly stated in the service agreement. Metrics will be measured using TechDay-approved systems.
The Client indemnifies TechDay against claims, costs, or damages arising from the use or publication of content provided, including defamation, copyright or trademark infringements.
TechDay's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Confidentiality and Data Use
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the relationship, except as required by law or with prior written consent.
TechDay may use anonymised Client campaign data for internal performance monitoring, service improvement, and the marketing of our services.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action. If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved under the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the service agreement.
