20i launches Twentie AI assistant for unlimited hosting help

Fri, 30th Jan 2026

Managed hosting provider 20i has launched Twentie, an account-aware web hosting assistant embedded into its hosting platform with unlimited use.

The company said Twentie sits inside the hosting environment and draws on live account data and performance metrics. 20i positioned the product as a day-to-day tool for hosting operations, with in-platform reporting, analytics and assistance.

AI assistants have become common in website operations, customer support and marketing workflows. Many tools run separately from the hosting control panel and rely on user prompts and uploaded data. 20i said Twentie takes a different approach through direct access to a customer's hosting environment.

Account data

20i said Twentie has access to live account data and key performance metrics. The company said this allows it to provide reporting and insights tied to a user's hosting setup, rather than generic responses.

Customers can ask Twentie to generate custom PDF and CSV reports, according to 20i. The company also said users can analyse performance metrics through the assistant.

Twentie also handles a wider set of tasks that often sit alongside hosting management. 20i said the assistant can support work such as generating marketing copy.

Support workflow

20i said Twentie complements its in-house support team. The company said the assistant can provide troubleshooting support and take part in debugging code.

The launch positions Twentie as part of day-to-day operational work inside the hosting platform, rather than a separate tool that users consult occasionally. 20i said the assistant targets routine tasks that sit across reporting, monitoring and service administration.

Unlimited use

A key element in 20i's positioning centres on usage limits. Many AI products in web operations follow a credit model or set caps, particularly where tools generate reports and handle analytical queries. 20i said Twentie has no credits or usage caps.

The company said this approach encourages users to rely on the assistant as part of everyday workflows. It also said that removing usage limits sets a benchmark for AI deployment in managed hosting.

"While intelligent tools are increasingly used to boost productivity, they often operate independently of the primary hosting environment Twentie brings that capability directly into the platform, with awareness of the systems it's supporting, making it more practical for everyday operational use," said Lloyd Cobb, Director, 20i.

The company also positioned the assistant as an operational tool for customers managing multiple websites and services. 20i stated that its platform hosts over a million websites, spanning SMEs, digital agencies, and individual users. In a follow-up comment, Cobb focused on the anticipated impact the tool would have on streamlining customer processes.

"We are really excited about the release of Twentie and the impact it will have on our customers. We believe it will help them streamline their business operations, as well as significantly saving time on their day-to-day admin," said Cobb.

20i said Twentie is embedded directly into its hosting platform and aimed at ongoing use for reporting, analytics and assistance across common operational tasks.
