Exclaimer nears USD $100 million ARR with global push
Exclaimer, the email signature management specialist, said it is on course to reach annual recurring revenue of USD $100 million as demand grows for stricter governance and branding across corporate email.
The company said it is operating as a "rule-of-60" growth business and now supports more than 75,000 organisations worldwide. Its software manages signatures and related controls across 9 million email accounts used by customers such as the BBC, Sony, Specsavers and Bank of America.
Exclaimer said organisations face rising pressure to tighten governance, compliance and brand control across digital communications. It positions email as one of the most regulated and closely scrutinised channels inside large organisations.
Product expansion
The company has broadened its portfolio beyond core signature management. It now offers tools for IT and compliance teams to govern several branded touchpoints from a single platform.
New features include LinkedIn Social Feeds embedded in email signatures. These feeds surface live corporate posts inside outbound email.
Exclaimer has also launched a centralised Disclaimers feature. This gives IT and compliance teams a single environment for managing legal wording and risk language across large user bases.
The company has entered meeting software with a Meeting Branding product. This manages and personalises video call backgrounds across Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet.
These products target businesses that want consistent brand presentation and standardised legal messaging across written and visual channels.
Leadership reshuffle
The growth push sits under chief executive Rob Singer, who joined in 2024 and has since rebuilt the senior team. Exclaimer said it has made five senior executive appointments and launched a global innovation strategy as it prepares for its next phase of international expansion.
Recent additions include Vicky Wills as Chief Strategy Officer. She leads a newly created innovation team that focuses on long-term product and technology direction.
Paul Hammond has joined as Chief Product and Technology Officer. He oversees global product delivery and engineering functions across Exclaimer's markets.
Other appointments include Chief Financial Officer Philipp Becker, Chief Human Resources Officer Laura Probert, Chief Growth Officer Keith Dunphy and Senior Vice President of Global Marketing Jenny Herbison.
Exclaimer has also expanded its regional hiring. The company has set up strategic hubs across the UK, US, Europe and Asia-Pacific. These locations house engineering, product and customer success teams that work close to local customers.
The company sees a strategic role for email inside large enterprises.
Rob Singer, CEO at Exclaimer, said: "Email sits at the intersection of brand, compliance and productivity - making it one of the most visible and governed surfaces in the modern enterprise stack. Our mission is to help organizations take full control of that space, connecting every message to a more consistent, compliant, and trusted experience.
"Over the past year, we've expanded our leadership, evolved our platform, and built deeper partnerships with IT leaders across all major regions. This positions Exclaimer to meet the needs of fast-growing businesses and complex global enterprises alike."
Compliance pressure
Exclaimer has moved to support IT teams that manage governance and compliance across email. It published its first State of Business Email report this year, which surveyed more than 4,000 IT leaders globally.
The research found that email remains the most critical corporate communication channel. Many organisations still lack centralised control over branding and disclaimers on that channel.
Exclaimer said this lack of central control creates compliance and reputational risk. It said its platform and guidance aim to close that gap for IT and compliance teams.
The company added that workplace culture is a focus as it scales. It has gained Great Place To Work certification in both the UK and the US. The recognition reflects assessments of collaboration, trust and employee experience inside the business.
Exclaimer said the new leadership structure, product roadmap and geographic hubs form the basis for its next stage of international growth as it approaches the USD $100 million ARR milestone.
