Jerry Harvey Audio has appointed Jeffery Fowler as Director of Sales, adding a sales executive with 26 years of professional audio experience to its leadership team.

Fowler joins the in-ear monitor manufacturer after roles at Native Instruments, Harman Professional and Westone Audio. His background includes sales leadership across the live sound, house of worship and education markets, as well as work with distributors and retailers.

He will support Jerry Harvey Audio's global channel strategy and help broaden routes to market for its in-ear monitor products.

Jerry Harvey Audio is known for custom and universal in-ear monitors used by touring artists, sound engineers and audio enthusiasts. It operates in a specialist part of the wider pro audio market, where product choice is often shaped by artist relationships, dealer networks and demand from live performance users.

Fowler's previous employers span different parts of that market. Native Instruments is associated with music production and DJ tools, Harman Professional has a broad footprint in professional sound systems, and Westone Audio has been active in earphone and in-ear monitor products. The mix suggests familiarity with both specialist audio products and broader channel sales structures.

The role also places emphasis on market knowledge shaped by direct product use. Fowler is a musician and performer, and that experience has informed his understanding of monitoring requirements for artists and other users in performance settings.

In-ear monitors, commonly known as IEMs, are used by performers to hear a tailored audio mix during live shows and studio sessions. They have become a standard part of modern stage production, particularly for touring acts seeking more consistent sound monitoring and greater control over what they hear while performing.

That market has expanded beyond major touring artists. Educational institutions, places of worship and smaller live venues have increasingly adopted professional monitoring systems, creating a broader customer base for manufacturers and distributors. For suppliers, sales leadership often depends on managing dealer relationships while understanding the needs of end users.

Jerry Harvey Audio's decision to recruit someone with deep experience in those channels highlights the importance of commercial execution in a competitive segment of the audio market. While the company has a strong reputation among professional performers, growth in specialist audio businesses often depends on turning brand recognition into broader distribution and sustained retail presence.

Fowler highlighted his connection to the product category through his background as a singer.

"The IEM product category is something that I truly understand because of my roots as a singer," said Jeffery Fowler, Director of Sales, Jerry Harvey Audio. "Knowing innately how important monitoring is to deliver a high-quality performance is key to understanding JH's global artist base and expanding that reach even further."

His comments underline a recurring theme in the audio equipment market: technical credibility and user familiarity can carry weight alongside formal sales experience. Companies selling to performers and engineers often seek executives who can speak about product use in practical terms, not only through channel metrics or account management.

Fowler also described the move as a notable personal opportunity within the sector.

"Jerry Harvey is a legend and pioneer in our field, so it feels like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join the team that sets the world standard for IEMs and I'm very lucky and proud to be a part of it," said Fowler.

Jerry Harvey, Founder of Jerry Harvey Audio, described the hire as a combination of commercial experience and musical knowledge, linking Fowler's background in pro audio sales with his connection to live performance.

"Jeffery's deep experience in pro audio sales and deep passion for music and performing make him the ideal leader of our global sales team," said Jerry Harvey, Founder, Jerry Harvey Audio. "We're pleased to welcome him to the team and build upon the momentum that the brand has developed with artists and performers around the world."
