Kentico reveals Site of the Year 2025 award winners

Thu, 26th Feb 2026

Kentico has named the winners of its Site of the Year 2025 awards, recognising organisations and partners behind digital projects built on Xperience by Kentico across a range of industries.

The programme spans categories including B2B, commerce, education, hospitality, financial services, government, healthcare, manufacturing, and NGOs and associations. Entries came from North America, EMEA, and APAC, reflecting the reach of Kentico's partner network and customer base.

How judging worked

Only previous Site of the Month winners were eligible for the annual awards. An internal judging committee selected winners and honourable mentions, focusing on overall quality and measurable impact.

This year's submissions ranged from platform migrations and redesigned user experiences to marketing changes linked to artificial intelligence. Several winners also involved complex governance structures, multilingual delivery, and third-party integrations.

Standout projects

LeShuttle Freight won the B2B category for a multilingual website aimed at freight customers. The build includes real-time service updates for logistics operations, and was implemented by Crafted.

Translink won the commerce category, with MSQ DX as the implementation partner. Kentico described Translink as the first organisation to upgrade from Kentico 12 to Xperience by Kentico. The project modernised infrastructure and used a custom eCommerce engine while maintaining PCI compliance for more than 1.5 million passengers.

In financial services, Oppenheimer won for a project implemented by Sagepath Reply. Kentico said the work included a five-month migration from CrownPeak and incorporated AI-driven marketing tools and single-source content management across multiple digital channels.

Kentico linked these projects to broader technology themes also seen in other entries, including hybrid headless approaches, governance models for distributed teams, and software-as-a-service foundations.

Winners by category

The category winners were: LeShuttle Freight (B2B); Translink (commerce); MND Energie (consumer goods and services); ROC van Amsterdam & Flevoland (education and careers); Bob W. (entertainment, hospitality and tourism); Oppenheimer (financial services); Cleveland Metroparks (government and municipal); LivaNova (healthcare); Pierret (manufacturing); and the American Society of Landscape Architects (NGOs and associations).

Honourable mentions were also awarded across categories. In B2B, ZAG Interactive and Westport were recognised. Commerce included Rhythm Japan and Elkov Elektro. Consumer goods and services included Best Best & Krieger LLP and Contact Energy. Education and careers included Join Blakes and The Gordon Institute of TAFE. Entertainment, hospitality and tourism included Aurora Expeditions and LA Opera.

In financial services, Atomic Credit Union and United Federal Credit Union received honourable mentions. Government and municipal included Réseau de transport de Longueuil and Great Parks. Healthcare included Integris Group and Hatch Private Maternity. Manufacturing included Nichicon and Renson. NGOs and associations included the National Association of Independent Schools and Eat Pecans.

Platform focus

Xperience by Kentico sits at the centre of the awards. Kentico positions it as a content management and commerce platform that combines content, marketing, and commerce tools. It also highlights a Content Hub for managing content across channels, as well as permissioning models for governance.

Kentico is expanding its AI-related features. It describes AIRA as its native AI feature set for content optimisation and marketing workflows, and points to an Agentic Marketing Suite, which it links to automated decisioning, personalisation, and campaign optimisation.

Organisations using these tools are consolidating multiple sites, building member or customer portals, and integrating with external systems. Many submissions also reflect ongoing demand for managed upgrades and migrations as firms modernise older web estates.

Kentico said the winners reflect changing expectations for digital channels and a continued focus on measurable outcomes across web, marketing, and commerce projects.

"As digital expectations continue to evolve, the Site of the Year 2025 winners demonstrate that innovation is not just about technology - it's about delivering meaningful, scalable experiences that drive real business impact," said Kentico.

Kentico said the Site of the Year programme will continue to highlight work produced by customers and partners using Xperience by Kentico across markets and industries.
