Netcore.ai rebrand puts AI agents at marketing core

Netcore Cloud has rebranded as Netcore.ai, marking its shift to what it describes as an agentic marketing platform.

The rebrand centres on a model in which seven artificial intelligence agents manage marketing activity across the customer lifecycle, while human staff remain responsible for results alongside clients.

Based in Mumbai, Netcore sells marketing technology tools for customer engagement, product discovery, personalisation, customer data, email marketing and communications channels. Those functions now sit within a single system designed to give its AI agents a shared view of customer behaviour and consent data in real time.

The agents can plan, execute, analyse and optimise campaigns across multiple channels. Decisions made in one channel can also feed into actions in others, because the agents draw on the same context and governance layers.

Shared model

Netcore is also changing how it positions its commercial relationship with customers. Rather than acting only as a software provider, it will pair each client with a growth engineer who monitors performance, interprets data and steps in where human judgement is needed.

The company says this approach ties its work more directly to business targets such as campaign performance, activation and revenue contribution. It describes the arrangement as a co-ownership model in which its teams share responsibility for outcomes linked to the deployment of its platform.

That is a notable claim in a crowded marketing technology sector, where vendors have increasingly added artificial intelligence tools to software suites while still relying on clients or agency partners for day-to-day execution. Netcore says its structure is intended to place operational accountability closer to the vendor rather than leaving it solely with the customer.

Rajesh Jain outlined that position in a statement.

"Most platforms hand you the keys and step back. We designed this differently. The agents run the campaigns. Our teams stay in the room. And we carry the same accountability for outcomes that our clients do," said Rajesh Jain, Founder & MD, Netcore.

Broader rollout

The platform is available across the company's markets in India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, North America, Europe and Africa. Enterprise clients can access the full platform, including the seven AI agents and the shared context layer, through its existing engagement structure.

Netcore serves more than 6,500 brands across eCommerce, retail, banking and financial services, media and entertainment, and travel. It lists Walmart, Unilever, Tommy Hilfiger, Domino's, McDonald's, Pizza Hut and Crocs among its customers.

The rebrand comes as marketing departments face pressure to show a clearer link between software spending and revenue outcomes. Providers in the sector have responded by offering more automation, deeper personalisation and tighter integration between customer data and communications tools.

Netcore's pitch goes a step further, arguing that software alone is no longer enough for clients seeking measurable business impact from marketing technology. Its model combines automated execution at scale with a dedicated human layer intended to oversee performance and apply sector knowledge.

The system also covers the full customer journey, from initial intent to efforts to increase customer lifetime value. In practice, that means combining engagement tools with product discovery, communications delivery and data management in one operating environment.

How willing customers are to adopt an outcome-linked vendor model may depend on whether suppliers can show that these structures improve commercial results rather than simply changing branding. For Netcore, the new name signals a desire to be judged less on software usage and more on the results its clients achieve.

Each client will continue to work with an experienced growth engineer while the AI agents handle large volumes of customer interactions across channels.
