Ogury has appointed Nadav Perry as Chief Revenue Officer, Americas. He will oversee sales and revenue operations across the US, Canada and Mexico.
Perry joins the adtech company's Executive Committee and will report to Chief Executive Officer Nicolas Bidon. He will lead sales execution, revenue performance and team management in a region Ogury has identified as central to its expansion.
He brings two decades of experience in digital media and advertising technology. Perry spent the past seven years at Taboola as Vice President, Global Business Development, where he built the company's brands and agencies business and remained with the group through its public listing and the period that followed.
Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade at Google, working on product strategy and innovation for YouTube in EMEA and leading sales organisations during periods of rapid growth.
The appointment comes as Ogury expands its connected television and advertising orchestration offerings. It recently introduced CTV products and SONA, a suite designed to link audience planning with campaign activation across channels.
Founded in 2014, Ogury operates in 17 countries and employs 500 people. The group focuses on what it calls Persona Intelligence, a proprietary approach it says helps brands and agencies apply persona-based advertising strategies across multiple channels.
Perry's appointment puts an experienced commercial executive in charge of one of Ogury's largest regional businesses at a time when advertising groups are seeking greater consistency in campaign planning, targeting and measurement across platforms. The Americas market is particularly important for adtech companies as spending shifts across mobile, video and connected television inventory.
In his new role, Perry is expected to work across advertiser and agency relationships while managing regional sales teams. His background at Taboola and Google gives him experience in publisher partnerships, video advertising and the commercial demands of large digital platforms.
Perry said advertisers are under growing pressure to tie campaigns more closely to business results.
"The industry is transforming, and brands and agencies face a fundamental challenge: driving measurable business outcomes consistently across every channel their audiences engage with. Ogury's Persona Intelligence translates audience insights into consistent activation across channels, bridging the gap between planning and execution that most brands struggle with. I'm excited to join Ogury and to help advertisers achieve more predictable and measurable impact," said Perry.
Bidon said Perry's experience aligns with the company's commercial priorities in the region.
"Nadav has built his entire career around understanding brands' and agencies' challenges and solving them through technology and innovation. His deep expertise in scaling video advertising businesses, combined with his relentless focus on meaningful breakthroughs for advertisers, makes him the perfect leader for this moment in a region central to Ogury's next phase of growth," said Bidon.
The appointment also comes as advertisers place greater emphasis on connecting media investment with measurable outcomes. Ogury is seeking to strengthen its position as brands increasingly manage campaigns across mobile, video, connected television and other digital channels.
Perry will be responsible for translating the company's product strategy into regional commercial growth across the Americas. His role will include developing relationships with major advertisers and agencies while expanding Ogury's presence in the market.
The company expects his experience across advertising technology and digital media to support its broader expansion strategy.
