Meet The People unveils AI platform for unified marketing
Meet The People has launched MTP Intelligence, an AI-enabled platform that brings creative, media and commerce work into a single environment for clients across North America.
The system combines campaign development, media planning and buying, commerce activation and performance measurement. It will be used across Meet The People's portfolio of 10 agencies and is built for clients working with the group.
Unified workflows
MTP Intelligence uses RADaR Analytics, Meet The People's data and analytics business, as its data and measurement layer. The platform is designed to run marketing workflows from planning through activation and reporting, with shared data feeding different teams.
Many brands still rely on separate tools for creative production, media operations, eCommerce and analytics. That setup can slow decision-making and make cross-channel reporting harder. Meet The People positions MTP Intelligence as an answer to that fragmentation.
"The fragmentation of marketing technology has created a fundamental problem for brands: brilliant creative lives in one system, media planning in another, commerce data in a third, and performance analytics somewhere else entirely," said Tim Ringel, co-founder and global CEO of Meet The People.
"MTP Intelligence solves this by creating a unified environment where every discipline can work together in real-time, informed by the same data and optimizing toward the same business goals. This goes beyond mere efficiency - it's about fundamentally better marketing," Ringel said.
Data foundation
Meet The People framed the launch around using data to reduce ambiguity in marketing decisions. The platform is intended to provide a consistent view of performance across disciplines, with teams using shared reporting and common definitions.
"The true value of data lies in its ability to deliver clarity, and that's the foundation of everything we've built into MTP Intelligence," said Candice Rotter, president of RADaR Analytics.
"Clear data eliminates ambiguity and enables teams to extract valuable insights, identify trends, and make informed choices quickly. This platform brings that clarity to every stage of the marketing process - from initial strategy and creative development through media activation and performance optimization. When creative teams, media planners, and commerce specialists are all working from the same transparent, real-time data, the results are transformative," Rotter said.
Fits existing stacks
Meet The People describes MTP Intelligence as platform-agnostic, integrating with a client's existing enterprise software and marketing tools rather than replacing them. It aggregates data and workflows into a shared layer while allowing specialist teams to keep the tools they use day to day.
The approach is intended to preserve each agency's operating model while making cross-agency delivery easier on shared client work. Meet The People's agencies include VSA Partners, Public Label, Match Retail, True Media, Coegi, Swell Media, Saltwater Collective and Yeoman Technologies.
Early deployments
Early client partners using MTP Intelligence include Central Bancompany and StorageMart/Manhattan Mini Storage. A broader client rollout is planned through 2026.
Josh Redel, senior vice president and director of corporate marketing at Central Bancompany, commented, "MTP's Intelligence Platform represents the kind of innovation we look for in strategic partners. The tools will help us better understand performance, uncover new opportunities, and make more informed decisions across our marketing efforts. Their commitment to innovation continues to deliver real value to our team and strengthens the impact of our partnership with RADaR."
Sarah Little, senior vice president of marketing at StorageMart/Manhattan Mini Storage, tied the platform to day-to-day reporting efficiencies.
"The MTP Intelligence Platform helps us transform noisy data into actionable insights that improve our marketing costs and business outcomes. Their ability to unify complex data allows us to spend less time chasing down data and more time making informed decisions that drive growth across our portfolio," Little said.
Investment focus
MTP Intelligence is Meet The People's largest technology investment to date and was developed with input from across its agency network. The group has around 800 employees.
Ringel tied the investment to increased scrutiny of marketing spend and demand for clearer measurement.
"We initiated investing and building this proprietary technology because our clients needed it and our teams wanted it," he said. "This is a time when marketing budgets face unprecedented scrutiny. Brands demand to see where their money is going. Not only that, they expect to understand why it's working and how they can optimize in real-time. MTP Intelligence gives our teams the technology infrastructure to provide those insights, results, and accountability while freeing them to focus on what humans do best: strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and building meaningful connections between brands and people."
Meet The People expects the platform to expand to additional client accounts as the rollout continues.
